Shimano Speedmaster 14000 XSC
The new Shimano Speedmaster 14000 comes in two versions (XTC & XSC) and is the successor of the very popular Speedmaster 14000 (2015 model). They have been fully upgraded to incorporate Shimano’s latest technical features and technologies, as well as had their looks revamped. Both models are intended for the demanding Surf Casting and Carp style enthusiasts, as they are powered by a modern design and Shimano's innovative technologies.
Their body is powerful and can tackle the biggest prey, in either fishing style. Made with the G-Free Body technology, the Speedmaster reels have their weight moved closer to the rod’s reel seat, to provide more comfort and less fatigue after prolonged use. Shimano's 4 + 1 top-quality bearings deliver perfectly smooth operation, while the Super Slow Oscillation technology delivers excellent line or braid distribution and assists in long-range casting.
Shimano did not neglect the opportunities that the Speedmaster reels will have to compete with big game fish and equipped them with a maximum drag force of up to 20 kg, making them very powerful against any opponent.
