The Jacks are the clips built specifically for heavy use and not with very high load capacity and minimum deformation under traction. Designed in 5 different sizes: 6lbs, 10lbs, 20lbs, 35lbs and 70lbs.

• The main feature of this clip is that it is the only one to have a "pear" or "drop" shape with a single passage of the metal wire in the lure ring. There are other clips with a shape similar to this one but at the point of application the thread is doubled.

• The cusp of the clip has a reduced angle and radius in order to constrain the terminal knot in that position opposing sliding towards the ends, which could cause the release of the clip-lure complex from the leader.

• The "insertion" appendix has a much more pronounced angle than those existing on the market, close to the right angle, this allows greater ease and versatility of assembly despite the limited space.

• The clip is made of an AISI 316-Ti steel alloy (titanium), this allows for absolute inalterability to external agents such as salt and rubbing on abrasive surfaces such as stones and sand, as well as avoiding the classic defect clips available on the market that use much harder harmonic steels to reach the desired load but can break under excessive stress.

• The operating concept (copyrighted object) is the same as that of a pressure spring, in fact the insertion head points with a certain force and angle against the underlying wire, creating a constant pressure that tends to push the ring of the lure towards its parking area; this principle can be evaluated by the "click" that is heard during the hooking of the lure and serves to minimize the possibility of accidental release.

• The production is made with numerical control machines of very high precision and reliability, with a final quality control piece by piece.

• The shape and the overlapping of the parts have been studied on the computer to have the maximum possible hydrodynamics, compatibly with the technical requirements, in order to influence the minnow swimming with the paddle as little as possible.

• At the same load and resistance to REAL oxide with competing clips, the weight is significantly lower, both for the alloy used and for the shape that allows the use of a thinner wire diameter.

• The declared load corresponds to the traction that can be tolerated without permanent deformations occurring.

• After forming, a mechanical smoothing treatment of the asperities of the final parts is carried out (tumbling or abrasive vibration), which being sharp could cut the terminal to which the clips are fixed.

• The hardening treatment is carried out in a particular solution which, in addition to giving further surface protection, gives the clip a semi-burnished color, the disappearance of this burnishing does not have any effect on the mechanical qualities.

• The hooking method is the classic one of this kind of link, but in the presence of a particularly thick lure ring it is possible to facilitate the graft by placing the stop head, the one used to close the containment area of the lure, directly on the ring of the same and pushing forward causes the opening of the clip, then moving the lure between the two open wires is made to slide up to the end of the graft.
