In order to prevent the device from charging abnormally and to protect your phone more deeply, please remove metal/magnetic objects, credit cards, or ring holder before charging. For your experience, please clean the target area with an alcohol cloth and wait for it to dry before attaching the mount. 2. The black sucker included will have to sit for 12 hours after installation before you can continue with the rest of the installation operation, please wait 12 hours and you'll get a very solid stand! We have filmed a special installation tutorial video which you can view at the product image located on the page.
